Closing for the festivity of the Three Kings on Wednesday, January 6

The library will remain closed on Wednesday, January 6, on the occasion of the feast of the Three Kings.

“The Magi (also known as the Magi from the East) is the name traditionally given to visitors who, after the birth of Jesus of Nazareth, come from foreign countries to pay homage to him and deliver gifts of great symbolic wealth: gold, frankincense and myrrh. In Spain the three Kings bring the gifts that the children have asked for in their letters during the night before the Epiphany.”
