"Precious” directed by Lee Daniels

“Preciosa, also known as Precious and whose full English title is Precious: Based on the Novel 'Push' by Sapphire, is an American drama film directed by Lee Daniels. It is an adaptation of Push, Ramona Lofton's first novel written under the pseudonym Shappire, and tells the story of Claireece Precious Jones, an obese and illiterate teenager, victim of various abuses.
