Conference: "The International Brigades, from the local to the global"
On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the formation of the International Brigades in October 1936, the Association of Friends of the International Brigades (AABI), the Center for Studies and Documentation of the International Brigades (CEDOBI) of the UCLM, and the Chair of The Memory of the XNUMXth Century of the UCM, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the International Institute of Madrid, organizes the conference "The International Brigades, from the local to the global" on the history and memory of the internationals.
The conference will take place on October 20 and 21, 2011 in the Auditorium of the International Institute.
