New English Reading Circle Colloquium – January 2014 Session

New session of the book club in English “English Reading Circle” with Peter Savaiano as moderator.

To learn about contemporary American literature through the reading and discussion of short stories from online literary magazines, which can be read for free over the Internet on the magazines' websites.

The meetings will take place in the library one Tuesday a month from 14:30 p.m. to 15:30 p.m. From october to june.

Those interested can communicate before and after with the group through this blog, adding comments to this entry and those included by the moderator for each of the readings in the days prior to the colloquium.

The activity is part of the services offered to library members. The participation of those who are not members of the library has an associated cost of €3 per participant in a single session. Single tickets can be purchased in advance at the library desk the week the meeting is held.

Given the limited capacity (15-20 people), all interested parties who want to participate must send a registration message to library@iie.es attaching the first time, if possible, a document that certifies their level of English or, failing that, arranging a test. level prior to the development of the colloquium with the English Department of the International Institute through library@iie.es (a medium-high or advanced level of English is necessary).
