We invite you to see a selection of photos of the activities of the library with American Space Madrid in this month of March:

In the “Readers' Theater” for children from 9 to 12 years old they worked the script using movement from the book “My Rotten Redheaded Older Brother”. In the Storytelling on Saturdays they told us the version of the wolf from the story "Little Red Riding Hood" in which for the first time we had the participation of Michael, a professor at the International Institute.

In the Adult Readers Theater, two different scripts were used in the two sessions in March: “Arsenic and Old Lace” and “The Iceman Cometh”. We also had a double session of the “Poetry Book Club” with Sylvia Plath and Anne Sexton as protagonists. In “Let's Talk about TV” scenes from “This American Life” were used for the two sessions of the month with topics as different as the world of Hollywood stars or personal life in politics.

For the first time this month we started an activity with students from secondary schools to carry out "Discussion Groups" analyzing short stories or poems.

We encourage you to sign up for the next sessions from the agenda of the Institute's website.

All the details about the activities are on the web in the Library section, within the “Activities” tab.
