Go Electric in English: A Hands-On Technology / English Workshop
Wednesday • 18:00 p.m. – 19:30 p.m. • April 13 to May 18
Through conducting hands-on experiments, children in this mini-course gain basic knowledge of electricity and improve their English skills.
Students learn about batteries, circuits, and magnets while developing technical vocabulary and hands-on experience that not only stimulates their curiosity about science, but allows them to talk about it in English. Each week focuses on a theme and students complete a simple and safe experiment, while acquiring vocabulary and structures that enable them to talk about technical topics in English. An approach to electronics and programming is also made.
