YL 3 – Back from Easter and ready to go!
After having a week off for Semana Santa, everyone came back refreshed and like new! Our Young Learners 3 class decided after last term that this term we were going to focus on our writing skills. We have journals that we write in everything Saturday about various topics to focus on different grammar points and verb tenses. Our first journal entry was to help us practice our use of the future tense, writing about our plans for the upcoming Holy Week holiday. last saturday, April 22nd, the focus was on the use of “would” and using the conditional tense. The topic was “My dream vacation”. Some of the places mentioned were New York, Rome and Indonesia. With each entry, it is clear that they are becoming more confident. Keep up the good work!!
