Join us at the garden of the Institute for a pop-up holiday market with local vendors selling organic, artisanal products, ranging from fruits and vegetables, cheese, chocolate, olive oil, cold pressed juices, handmade bags, and more! There will also be vendors selling food, beer, and wine so bring your friends and have lunch or a snack in our heated tents!
This market is part of a program which will begin earlier the same day at 11.30am in which famous New York City Chef Jose Ramirez-Ruiz and Madrid based entrepreneur/cocktail maker daffodil vermilion will talk about their innovative styles and choice to use local, organic products.
