Julie Richko, Ph.D.

Historical Archeology

Julie Richko es doctora en Arqueología por la University College Dublin. Tiene un MA en Arqueología Histórica de la Illinois State University y un BA en Antropología de la Florida Atlantic University. Ha ejercido como profesora de arqueología y antropología en distintas universidades durante más de 15 años.

Natural del sur de Florida, donde comenzó su carrera de arqueóloga trabajando en el yacimiento The Miami Circle, en el centro de la ciudad de Miami, y como arqueóloga de la tribu Semínola de Florida.

Se trasladó a Madrid en 2017, donde obtuvo su certificado TEFL y comenzó a enseñar inglés de forma profesional. En su tiempo libre, le gusta estar con su familia y amigos, viajar y practicar deportes.

Julie Richko has a PhD in Archeology from University College Dublin. She has an MA in Historical Archeology from Illinois State University and a BA in Anthropology from Florida Atlantic University. She has been a professor of archeology and anthropology at different universities for more than 15 years.

A native of South Florida, she began her career as an archaeologist working at The Miami Circle site in downtown Miami and as an archaeologist for the Seminole tribe of Florida.

She moved to Madrid in 2017, where she obtained her TEFL certificate and began teaching English professionally. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and playing sports.

Welcome to Educate

Our North American language institute offers English courses and cultural activities with an extensive library in English. Located in a building declared a historical-artistic monument, it also offers rental of spaces for events.
