Posing hijinks in YL5!
It has been a great first trimester in YL5! During our class, we focus on communicative activities which give our students opportunities to use the language they have been learning, and push themselves in new ways. We have debated, talked about controversial topics, played hilarious games, and grown in our communication skills.
In the picture above, the class was divided into two groups. The group not pictured was given a photo, and their challenge was to arrange their classmates to match the photo ONLY giving verbal clues. (Turn towards the left side, bend your knees slightly, tilt your chin up etc) Here, we practiced giving directions, guidance, and suggestions while trying to match hilarious pictures. It’s much more difficult than it seems, but the students did really well!
