CHARLA, “MODERN PHYSICS & THE NATURE OF REALITY”

Modern Physics & The Nature of Reality

March 16 at 19:00

“Modern Physics & The Nature of Reality” is a free public talk that brings big scientific ideas into everyday language. It explores the hidden world beneath our ordinary experience — where particles act like waves, certainty disappears, and observation itself can shape what we see.

In this accessible and thought-provoking event, physicist and educator Bill Dixon guides us through the strange and fascinating ideas of quantum mechanics using stories, analogies, and real scientific insight.

Designed for curious minds — not just scientists — the talk invites everyone to reflect on how modern physics reshapes our understanding of reality. It’s about wonder, shared curiosity, and making science feel human, approachable, and exciting.
