Una nueva manera de dar clase, ¡la misma calidad de siempre!
This course will take a virtual tour across the literary landscape of the United States through an exploration of the fiction, poetry and drama of iconic American cities such as New York, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles. We will meet online once a week to discuss the role of the city in contemporary American literature as well as the relationship between place, identity and cultural expression.
This 4 week, 8-hour course is designed for learners with at least an upper-intermediate level of English. Students will learn key skills in literary analysis, learn about American urban culture and improve their speaking abilities through dynamic class discussions.
