“England, 60s. Given the lack of rock on official stations, citizens spend the day hooked on pirate radios to listen to the best music. One of them, Radio Rock, broadcasts from a ship in the North Sea under the direction of Quentin and the collaboration of a varied group of music lovers. Before long, Quentin will have to deal with personal problems from his DJ, the presence of his young godson, and threats from the government to shut down his broadcast.
