“Le journal d'une femme de chambre, known in Spanish as Diary of a waitress or The diary of a waitress is a French film directed by the Spanish Luis Buñuel in Franscope in 1964. It is based on the novel by the French writer Octave Mirbeau ( 1848-1917), Le Journal d'une femme de chambre, published in 1900, during the Dreyfus Affair. In the film, Buñuel shows off his anarchism and his immense contempt for the bourgeoisie.”
