"Gloria the poet: Gloria Fuertes" by Luisa Antolín Villota and Juan Manuel Santomé Calleja

“Gloria Fuertes was a city girl who was always looking for pigeons and butterflies. One day, she discovered that reading was like looking out the window, running to the sea or stroking her own heart. Since she couldn't buy stories, she decided to write them herself and invented the Candy Fairy and Coleta, the poet, doing clowning at the Coco Drilo Circus with her trumpet; to Pelines, pulling Camello Cojito by the tail, with his leg in plaster, and to the cat Chundarata, by the hand, by the leg, of her cousin the cat Pirracas. ”
