Book of the month: “Manhattan Transfer” by John Dos Passos.

“Published in 1925, it is a great insight into American life before and after World War II. The personal, social and political journey of the orphan Jimmy Herf is the common thread of this x-ray of ambitions and crossed destinies.”

Taken from The book house.

Colloquium: Thursday, January 29 at 19:30 p.m.
