January Activities with the Saturday Young Learners 2 Group
The students started out the month celebrating New Year's Eve and discussing different traditions from all over the world. They learned about possessives, a trick to remember how to use apostrophes when using nouns, and compound words. They also celebrated Martin Luther King´s birthday with an online story book and writing dreams they have to make the world a better place. All students are now signed up for Raz-Kids, a reward program for reading English books online at home.
