What kind of teachers teach the classes?

Todos los profesores son nativos, con amplia experiencia en la enseñanza de alumnos de primaria y secundaria. Proceden de los Estados Unidos y Canadá. También tienen mucha experiencia en la enseñanza de inglés online para niños.

All our teachers are native speakers, with extensive experience in teaching primary and secondary school students. They come from the United States and Canada. They also have a great deal of experience teaching English online to children.

How are parents involved?

Todas las familias tendrán acceso al Campus Virtual de Moodle. Allí podrán acceder a los contenidos curriculares, además de a los recursos que agregue el profesor para utilizar en clase o como refuerzo de la misma.

Los padres reciben un informe trimestral sobre el progreso de sus hijos en la clase de inglés y también están invitados durante el trimestre a hablar con los profesores. Al final del curso los alumnos hacen actos especiales como una obra de teatro, concierto o “Talent Show”.  Hay actividades especiales en torno a las fiestas norteamericanas y los alumnos de Young Learners 4 a 7 han tenido invitados especiales durante sus clases de inglés, como universitarios americanos, que les han hablado de su experiencia en high school o en la universidad en EEUU así como visitas de alumnos americanos de su misma edad.

All families will have access to the Moodle Virtual Campus. There they will be able to access the contents of their child's course, in addition to the resources that the teacher adds to use in class, or as a complement to it.

Parents receive a quarterly report on their children's progress in English class and are also invited to speak with teachers during the quarter. At the end of past courses the students staged a performance, such as a play, concert, or “Talent Show.” There are special activities around the North American holidays. In the past, Young Learners 4 to 6 students have had special guests during their English classes, such as American university students, who have told them about their experience in high school or university in the United States, as well as visits from American students of the same age.
