All students must pay the courses within the established deadlines. They will not be able to attend classes until they have made said payment.
Payment for the courses may be made by check payable to the International Institute, bank deposit or transfer or Visa card, 4B, etc. We do not accept cash payments.
To make a seat reservation it is necessary to pay a € 50 deposit which will be deducted at the time from the amount of the course. The amount of the reservation will not be refunded if for reasons beyond the control of the Institute the student does not finally enroll. This deposit will be kept for 12 months from the date of payment.
Discounts: the Institute offers a 10% off in the price of the courses first degree relatives and students enrolled simultaneously in two or more courses. Discounts are not cumulative.
The Institute will not refund the amount of the course if the student cannot attend class for reasons beyond the Institute. In case of withdrawals caused during the first two weeks of the general courses and the first three days of the intensive and summer courses and that are demonstrable force majeure, the enrollment will be saved for the following quarter or course, if applicable, prior written notification by the student within the aforementioned deadlines.
In the case of returns for some exceptional reason that is not contemplated in the regulations, the Institute will deduct from the amount of the return the amount of 30 euros for expenses.
Classes that do not have a sufficient number of students may be canceled at the discretion of the Management, in which case the full amount of the course will be refunded.
The groups will be formed with a minimum of six students.
The Institute, and exclusively for pedagogical reasons, reserves the right to change students' level and schedule.
A maximum of 14 students per group in general courses.
Will be made 10 minute breaks between class and class (from October to June) and in the intensive courses with 3 hours duration. Teachers will inform in more detail on the first day of class.
The exchange service is only offered to students currently enrolled in the center.
Library users will respect the rules established by it.
The certificates and diplomas issued by the International Institute do not lead to obtaining an Official Title.

The International Institute reserves the right of admission.
