Un vision board It consists of creating the intention of what we would like to achieve. It materializes visually using images, quotes, words and positive affirmations. Instead of thinking about how to live, the participants act by manifesting their dreams and making them visible. It is an activity that requires participation and has the effect of promoting self-esteem and a positive attitude towards the future.
The workshop lasts two hours, is taught in English by Victoria Taylor and is specially designed for teenagers between 13 and 16 years old.

It is a 2-hour Immersive workshop for teens to create, discover their intentions and learn how to apply action to having the best experiences out of life. When your teen surrounds themselves with pictures of what they would like to have, what they would like to be, or of things they would like to do, and experiences them would like to remember, their life is more likely to become what they want it to be.
