Hunter hails from one of the extremes of the United States, Alaska. Growing up in this self-sufficient culture fueled his curiosity about all things technological. He considers himself proud "Geek" by information technology and new technologies, from the simplest of circuits or mechanical levers, to drones, electric scooters and 3D printers. For all these reasons, it is not surprising that Hunter teaches the “All Hands on Tech” course at the International Institute. His classes are interactive and in them you learn both basic concepts of technology, as well as participate in debates about the technological future.
