2. Enrollment Conditions
To take an English course at the IIE, you must complete a level test and formalize the corresponding payment in the terms and form indicated in said request. The level test determines the student's level of knowledge and is essential, except in the following cases:
- the student has taken a level test in the previous six months at the IIE.
- the student has been enrolled in the IIE in the last twelve months.
Allocation of seats
The place will be assigned according to the level of the student and their preferences, as long as there are places available and it is possible to open the chosen course.
The IIE reserves the right to change the group's teacher.
Inexistence of places at the required level and schedule
In the event that a place cannot be assigned at the requested time, a waiting list will be opened.
The IIE will inform you of availability at other alternative times.
The IIE will refund the full amount of the registration in the event that the student cannot be assigned a place in the requested course.
3. Tuition refunds
If the student could not attend class for reasons beyond the Institute, the amount of the course will not be refunded.
If the withdrawal request is justified (illness, change of address) and occurs during the first two weeks of the general courses and the first three days of the intensive or summer courses, the enrollment will be saved for the following quarter or it may be change course, where appropriate, prior notification of the student in writing and within the aforementioned periods.
If a student enrolls after the start of classes, the classes he/she has not attended will not be discounted.
The enrollment refund request must be sent through the email address of the Secretary of the English Department: email@example.com.
The refund will be made by bank transfer.
4. Cancellation of groups or courses by the International Institute
Groups that do not have a sufficient number of students (5) may be canceled at the discretion of the Management, in which case the full amount of the course will be returned to the student.
A maximum of 14 students per group is established in general courses.

The course must be paid 100% before starting it.
The Institute, and exclusively for pedagogical reasons, reserves the right to change the level of students.
The teaching that the IIE imparts is not regulated, so the certificates and diplomas issued by the International Institute do not lead to obtaining an Official Degree.
The exchange service is offered only to students enrolled in the center.
Complaint forms are available to students.
The International Institute reserves the right of admission.
The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all in order to prevent unauthorized data access.
