Social Media Person
The International Institute in Madrid, located at Miguel Angel 8, is an American educational foundation. Our activities include classes in American English and events such as concerts, book presentations, and conferences. We are seeking a part-time (13-15 hours) expert in social media to manage the promotion of these activities. A successful candidate will have proven experience on Facebook and Instagram and must create daily posts in stories and in the feed. Must answer comments and questions to posts and private messages, as well as tag important accounts. Native-level English and Spanish is required. Up-to-date knowledge of media trends is crucial. Work can be completed remotely. Occasional in-person meetings may be necessary.

Minimum background required: BA/BS; Master's degree in language or teaching-related field and CELTA/TEFL qualification preferred; minimum of 2 years teaching experience (minimum of 120 hours) with references. EU citizen or full, valid work permit required. We are unable to consider applicants with student visas.
Description of institution: A prominent historic institution in Madrid, the IIE offers a full range of language courses from basic to proficiency levels, SAT, TOEFL, and Cambridge exam preparation. We have a growing and innovative Young Learners Program (ages 3-18) and specialized classes for bilingual/bicultural children.
