El arte de la guerra, attributed to Sunzi, is the most famous strategy book, known for its paradoxical ideas such as winning without fighting. Not only is it studied in all military academies, along with Carl von Clausewitz's On War, but it also inspires businessmen, entrepreneurs, marketing experts and a long etcetera. Mao Zedong, Steve Jobs, Bruce Lee or Donald Trump have resorted to his stratagems and teachings. In the art of deception, Tubau tracks down the mysterious strategist Sunzi, who lived in the Warring States era, and investigates strategic thinking. The book shows what the classical Chinese strategy consists of, one of its keys being deception, but Tubau's intention goes beyond offering a manual of lies, since his book is also an antidote or a remedy to prevent deceive us
