Adolescence often brings more tension, less communication, and the feeling that home is no longer as calm or connected as before. Many parents wonder how to stay close to their teenagers while navigating daily conflicts and emotional ups and downs.
In this dynamic and practical workshop, we will step back from daily struggles to look at the bigger picture: the emotional atmosphere we create at home and how it influences our relationship with teenagers.
We will explore how communication, tone, reactions, and even the “unspoken messages” within the home shape behavior and connection far more than we often realise. Instead of focusing only on solving problems, parents will learn how to create a more positive emotional climate that encourages cooperation, trust, and closeness.
Through real examples, reflection, experiential exercises, and group discussion, parents will gain tools to:

Participants will leave with greater awareness, practical tools, and new ways to create a calmer, more connected relationship with their teenagers.
The workshop will be conducted entirely in English.
The workshop is free of charge.
Places are limited to a maximum of 15 participants per workshop to ensure a comfortable and supportive environment for participation and discussion. Therefore, only one parent per family may attend, and children are not permitted.

Shira Wollner is a certified parenting guide with an M.A. in Anthropology, supporting parents from pregnancy through childhood and adolescence as they navigate the real challenges of family life. In her workshops, she offers practical tools, clear strategies, and a supportive space to strengthen your confidence, improve communication at home, and build a calmer, more connected family environment.
