A practical workshop for entrepreneurs to take their business from concept to startup
Workshop will cover:
– Principals of the «Business Model Canvas» approach to thinking about business model design and entrepreneurship
– What is an MVP? How to define an MVP for your business
– Exercise: talking to your customers. Break into groups of 4-5. People will share their business ideas (if none, team up with someone else). The exercise will focus on a core concept of talking to your customers. During 45 min exercise people will contact and speak to at least one potential customer and report back to team on lessons learned.
– What’s next? Lessons in fundraising and practical resources for early-stage startups, social media, personal branding.
