Presentation of CREFAB, Spanish Network for Digital Creation and Fabrication, which will be held on June 3 in the auditorium of the International Institute by American Space Madrid.
The event will start at 10:00 and will be presented by Dr. Andreu Veà, Digital Champion of Spain for the European Union.
CREFAB was born to promote the Spanish ecosystem of digital manufacturing spaces through the dissemination and creation of common projects. It is a network that also wants to promote and support creators, makers and inventors who are making their projects come true.
During the event, the report "(Almost) Everything to Do - A social and educational look at the world of Fablabs and the Maker movement" will be presented, prepared by César García, with the support of the Orange Foundation. This report provides an overview of the national Fablab ecosystem, the maker movement, and how it is impacting education and society.
