“The inhabitants of a refugee camp in Iraqi Kurdistan are desperately looking for a satellite dish so they can be informed of the imminent American attack on Iraq. The children of the camp, led by a boy they call "Satellite", are dedicated to collecting and selling anti-personnel mines. New refugees arrive at the place: a mutilated young man, his sister and a little boy. Satellite will be captivated by the sad beauty of the young woman.”
