The International Institute and the Ramón Menéndez Pidal Foundation present the first conference of the cycle Educators and feminists between Spain and America. New pedagogical horizons dedicated to the founder of the International Institute, the American Alice Gordon Gulick. This cycle is part of the commemoration of the year María Goyri (1923-2023).
The cycle is made up of six conferences from October 14 to November 28 on Tuesdays at 19:00 p.m. Some of them are held at the International Institute and others at the Ramón Menéndez Pidal Foundation as indicated below (see “Program”).

Carmen de la Guardia Herrero, Professor of the Department of Contemporary History, Autonomous University of Madrid. He has received numerous research grants and scholarships (notably the Fulbright and the Gilder Lehrman Institute on American History), which has allowed him to carry out research and teaching stays at numerous American and European universities and centers (John Carter Brown Library, Columbia University, New School for Social Research, Middlebury College, Universitá degli studi di Napoli L'Orientale, University of Dundee among others).
