“The book collects ten of the articles presented and discussed at the International Congress of the same name. This congress was organized in Berlin, during the month of April 2009, at the German Institute for International and Security Policy (SWP). The book tries to offer a vision of the current Spain through a multidisciplinary analysis. To do this, it reviews factors of various kinds (economic, political, judicial, cultural, historical, social agents...) with the intention that they can contribute knowledge to achieve a general vision from which to make an assessment of the impact of the crisis in our society."
